Bob Comstock

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Bob founded Tamarack Biotics to bring native protein preservation out of the lab and into commercial dairy production. He has led the technology from first principle through FDA acceptance and into licensed, processor-scale deployment.


Christophe Joveniaux

Chief TECHNOLOGY Officer

Christophe Joveniaux is CTO of Tamarack Biotics. He co-founded BioSafeLight in Orléans, France in 2017 with Jean-Marie Mascarenhas, developing the patented turbulence-driven UV process for opaque liquids that became the core of Tamarack's cold pasteurization platform. Earlier in his career he directed the Orléans operations of Federal Mogul, the global automotive parts manufacturer. He now leads engineering across Tamarack and runs the company's Portugal manufacturing base.
